The raw food diet is defined
as a diet consisting of majority raw fruits, vegetables and for some, fish
and meats. Some believe that enzymes are principle in the feel good
results, but other raw foodists don't agree with the enzyme theory and
relate the healthy feeling from the diet to the vast amounts of nutrients,
vitamins, minerals and fiber.
The Raw Diet is as complicated
or uncomplicated as one desires. Raw food recipes and recipes for
raw vegans or rawmivores abounds on the web simply by searching under
terms such as raw food recipes, raw vegan recipes.
Raw foods diet for humans and
the BARF bones and raw food diet for dogs is one of the healthiest ways to
feed your family.
Again there is controversy
about what percent raw your diet should be. We here at Raw Plus
don't believe the optimum is one hundred percent and presents many
different combinations and possibilities of pulling more raw foods into
your diet, without the drastic changes of a 100% jump.
